Returns your account’s fees for every service it can use. Each line has a fixed fee, a percentage fee and an optional minimum and maximum charge. Where your account has custom pricing, the line shows it with source: "custom". Otherwise it shows your plan’s default rate with source: "default". A fee is calculated as:
